    I am gonna put it to you people this way. Just stop eating sugar. then start looking at the foods you eat. I can assure you. Most of the food you pick up in a package. it will say sugar. They do not mean from plants. Its refined processes sugar.

    I gave up; cold turkey, and its been WILD. With exercise; my body is noticeably, more insulin sensitive, PLUS I’m burning fat much faster. I’m in LOVE with this new lifestyle.

    i leave sugar salt oil its 3rd month going to start. i feel fucking good . my sleeping quality is great now only 6 hour then woke up active all day
    and i lost 12 kg in 60 days . and lost my bad frds useless circle

    Sickness and diseases don't always come from what we eat or drink but who we are obeying. I am not against eating healthy but we all need Jesus as Lord and Saviour. Romans 14:17-18 For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost. 18 For he that in these things serveth Christ is acceptable to God, and approved of men. 3 John 1:2 “Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.”

    My current weakness are chocolate chip cookies. But am pleased with myself more managing to successfully not put any refine sugar in my tea like i use to or have it in a cappuccino also i always order smallest version of it. Your certainly right about not having any crashes by going off the stuff for istant i use to get more hungry in the afternoon if i snacked on a chocolate bar but not so much anymore.

    i gave up refined sugar 2.5 weeks ago and i honestly love it! i have made ssooo many recipes that taste just as good, if not better, than junk food and i have noticed a majour change in my body. my energy is MUCH higher, i get an actual well rested sleep, don't have sugar crashes or spikes, have seen a decrease in body fat and unwanted weight (even though ive always been relatively lean from sports), and have just been more "happy". definitely gonna continue to cut it out like i have been because i really am enjoying it

    I cut out refined sugar but I’ve been craving fruit so much like I can eat SO much fruit it’s insane

    I made the brownie bites and they are sooo good. I still have to stop myself from eating too many because too much of anything is bad for you right? And dates are loaded with natural sugar which makes it so sweet.

    After this I tried all of the recipes and i feel better than ever I only have 2 sugar attacks a day which cut off a lot of sugar for me I used to be having 6 or 7 sugar attacks and felt nothing but I always look up these healthy recipes and this one really helped me to understand that I don't have to quit sugar but try to eat less sugar than normal and now I can be healthier and more active!
