    Am I the only one that hates eggs?
    It sucks because a lot of these Awesome quick shred diets, I can't do. I do however love chicken 😎

    i tried it anddd itssss delicioussss😍😍😍😍😍 i made oats flex and sesame seeds chapati ( a big one) nd instead of chicken i used Paneer❤❤👌👌👌👌 And it tastesss heaven😍😍👌 i can have it every dayy ..its so simple and refreshing…i hope i lose some weight if i have dis in lunch👌👌 Delicious👌 i love tomatoes..so i added dat too ..coz i ate instantly❤ Thankyouuuu mam you are the bestttttttt😍😍😍😍😍 i loved it😍😍😍 now i dont have to spend hundred's of rupees on subway's wraps..i can make my own..healthy and tastyyyy😍😍😍👌👌👌 thankyouuuuuuu😍😍😍😍

    Hello vicky, please do a weight loss diet for breastfeeding mothers…at the same time the diet should not affect milk production as my wife is breastfeeding and want to reduce pregnancy weight also …
